As the founder of Helium AI, here's my honest take:
This is a high-potential, high-impact opportunity that aligns perfectly with Helium's mission to democratize AI. The Indian EdTech market is massive, growing, and ripe for AI transformation. Innoeversity has the right model—an ecosystem approach that connects all stakeholders—but they're stuck in manual processes that limit their scale.
Why I'd partner: First-mover advantage in a $29-61B market, clear use cases for AI across all services, strong policy tailwinds, and the potential to impact 300M+ students. The ROI is compelling (2,500-5,000%), and this could be our beachhead into the global EdTech market.
My concerns: Execution risk is real. Cultural transformation is hard. If Innoeversity's leadership isn't truly committed to AI-first thinking, we'll waste 18 months fighting internal resistance. The data infrastructure needs to be solid, or we're building on quicksand.
My decision: Proceed with the pilot, but with clear kill criteria. Give them 3 months to prove they can deliver clean data, integrate APIs, and demonstrate cultural readiness. If they pass, go all-in with a full-stack rebuild. If not, walk away with valuable learnings.
This isn't just about revenue—it's about proving that AI can fundamentally transform education at scale. If we get this right, we're not just building a business; we're changing how 300 million students learn. That's worth the risk.
